Improved Supply Chain

Automatic product identification enhances supply chain and business efficiency by eliminating out-of-stock issues, warehouse inefficiencies, and reducing administrative workload.

NFC technology

NFC (acronym for near field communication) is a technology with radio frequency identification. This technology enables to establish a “dialogue” between the consumer and the product on sale by offering to the company the opportunity to create dedicated content that can be consulted through smartphone (without specific application) and modified by the company at any time.

01.
Geolocation

When the TAG is activated by a smartphone, it is geolocated in compliance with the latest privacy regulations; the geolocation is not linked to the consumer but is useful for the company to know where its product is at that moment. If the consumer consents, many additional types of information can also be collected.

02.
Anti-Counterfeiting

Anti-counterfeiting is a fundamental requirement for Italian products. In the specific wine market, the grey market is estimated to account for around 7% of total sales—amounting to €2.7 billion.

03.
Customer Experience

Thanks to the unique and encrypted coding, specific information can be delivered to consumers who, using their smartphone, can decode the TAG and access features such as storytelling, loyalty programs, and much more. Imagine being able to tell your potential customer the story of how your product reached the shelf—the process, the unique qualities, the R&D behind each individual item, and more. These customer engagement functions are accessible via smartphones with NFC technology.

04.
Real-Time Editable Information

The information displayed to the consumer can be intuitively modified by you at any time, in complete autonomy. In real time, the same TAG can deliver different information, which can even be tailored to specific products.

RFID Tag

RFID technology (acronym for radio frequency identification) is a technology with radio frequency identification, i.e. a technology capable of storing in autonomous way data and information on real objects, using the Rfid (electronic devices inserted in the object) with fixed or portable devices, which read all data present in the rfid and then store them in memory automatically.

01.
Logistics and Warehouse Control

RFID technology applied to logistics enables a comprehensive approach to warehouse and shipping operations, automatically tracking movements through the installation of readers. It shortens production and shipping times. For this reason, RFID is increasingly used during production phases, helping to reduce errors in delivery control times and stock entry operations.

02.
What Can I Manage?

Thanks to unique and encrypted coding, specific information can be delivered to consumers who, using their smartphone, can decode the code and access features such as storytelling, loyalty programs, and much more. Imagine being able to tell your potential customer the journey your product took to reach the shelf—the process, its unique features, the R&D behind each item, and more. These customer engagement tools are accessible via smartphones equipped with NFC technology.

03.
Features and Applications

The RFID TAG is a small, ultra-thin adhesive that can be applied anywhere. It enables: Management of inbound/outbound warehouse operations with proven process acceleration; definition and tracking of quality control flows; management of returns from the sales network; bulk goods handling; improved process quality; certified shipments; reduced effort in goods receiving processes
